ATC Diversified Electronics SLB-400-ALEA is part of the SLB series family of voltage monitors.  The SLB series is designed to protect three-phase equipment against phase unbalance, phase loss, and phase reversal conditions.  The internal relay will energize when normal operating voltages are in the proper ABC sequence and the 120 VAC control voltage is applied.  The output relay will de-energize or drop out on two conditions: when any combination of phase unbalance is exceeding the preset value, or when phase loss or phase reversal occurs for longer than the preset drop out time.
