Gems® type UCL-520 ultrasonic level sensors are general purpose two-wire ultrasonic transmitters that provide non-contact level measurement up to 26.2′ (8m). They are ideally suited for challenging ultra pure, corrosive, or waste liquids. Push button calibrated, the UCL-520 is broadly selected for atmospheric bulk storage, day tank and waste sump applications. Media examples include wastewater and sodium hydroxide. The PC/ABS enclosure is rated NEMA 4X, and the transducer is housed in rugged PVDF.
Gems® LS-2050 level switch units solve the problem of point level sensing in tanks with inaccessible tops or bottoms, or at intermediate locations in larger tanks. Operation is positive and dependable. The float pivots with changing liquid level, displacing a shuttle which magnetically actuates a hermetically sealed switch within the unit. Installation is through the tank side at the detection point.

Gems® LS-800 Series Multi-Port Level Switch is exceptionally versatile with a rugged construction. Capable of supporting larger, more buoyant floats, the LS-800 is physically stronger and more substantial than other metallic models. It is available with brass or stainless steel mountings and is designed for better reliability in contaminated or turbulent media. The LS-800 level switch offers SPST or SPDT switches and can be configured for a wide range of applications.
