ATC Diversified Electronics CMD-24-ASE-10 current monitor is part of the CMD series family. It is designed to monitor over current or under current.  The CMD series has adjustable delay on operate and delay on release time delays.  When the current exceeds the preset current trip point for a longer period of time than the delay on operate delay, the internal relay will energize or pick up.  When the current drops below the preset current trip point for longer than the delay on release time delay, the internal relay will de-energize or drop out.  For over current, the delay on operate is used to override inrush.  When using under current, the delay on release timer is used.
