Ashcroft 1009 Industrial Pressure Gauge
Ashcroft® Type 1009 gauges are suitable where ambient corrosion is a major concern. Its attractive stainless steel case and ring provides excellent resistance to chemical, weather and corrosion attack. This 1009 has many optional features that allow a user to develop a basic or special product specification. The 1009 is part of the extensive line of Ashcroft stainless steel pressure gauges. The gauge is available dry, liquid-filled weatherproof or hermetically sealed and now with a Plus! Performance option.
Ashcroft 1032 Sanitary Pressure Gauge
Ashcroft® type 1032 Sanitary Pressure Gauges are designed specifically to satisfy stringent sanitary requirements. They meet the need for sanitary type pressure gauges in the pharmaceutical, bio-tech, filtration, and food & dairy markets. With a quick connect clamp and diaphragm surface finish that is electropolished to 12-20RA, these instruments are also suitable for use in breweries, wineries, and citrus juice production plants. The 1032 series is available in 2.5″, 3.5″, and 4.5″ dial sizes with a choice of Tri-Clamp® type connections of 1-1/2″ and 2″. The 1032 Fractional Sanitary Gauge features a FlutterGuard™ option to reduce movement wear and eliminate pointer flutter. The 1032 Fractional gauge is offered in a 2″ dial with a 3/4″ Tri-Clamp connection.
Ashcroft 1127 / 1128 Differential Pressure Gauge
Ashcroft® 1127 and 1128 series differential pressure gauges display the difference of two separate inputs on one dial indicator. Both series have open front cases made from aluminum and the 1128 is offered with “0” at the 12 o’clock position on the dial with positive pressure on either side of zero. This series also offers a built in back flange for surface or wall mounting. When the process media is corrosive to the gauge wetted parts, a diaphragm seal with capillary is available.
Ashcroft 1130 Differential Pressure Gauge
Ashcroft® 1130 Series Differential Pressure Gauge uses a piston design where small migration of the process media is permissible. The 1130 series is recommended for high differential and high static pressures up to 6000psi. Body materials are available in Aluminum, Brass, and Stainless Steel, with Buna, Viton, or EPDM seals. The dial size offering for the 1130 series ranges from 2″ to 6″ and is offered dry or liquid (glycerin) filled. The 1130 series is typically used for filtration monitoring, hydraulics, flow rate, pump performance, and/or measuring pressure drop.
Ashcroft 1131 Differential Pressure Gauge
Ashcroft® 1131 Series Differential Pressure Gauges are utilized for applications where migration of the process media is not permissible. They use a rolling diaphragm design to separate the high and low pressure ports to isolate the media and can see up to 3000psi static pressures. Body materials for the 1131 series are available in Aluminum, Brass, and Stainless Steel, with Buna, Viton, or EPDM seals. Dial sizes range from 2.5″ to 6″ and the case can be dry or liquid (glycerin) filled. The 1131 series is most commonly used for filtration monitoring, flow measurement, leak detection, and condition monitoring across heat exchange.
Ashcroft 1132 Differential Pressure Gauge
Ashcroft® 1132 Series Differential Pressure Gauges have a convoluted diaphragm design with no migration of the process media. The 1132 series is recommended for lower differential and high static pressures, up to 1500psi. Body materials are available in Aluminum, Brass, and Stainless Steel, with Buna, Viton, or EPDM seals. The 1132 series comes in 2.5″, 3.5″, 4.0″, 4.5″, and 6.0″ dials and is offered in dry or liquid (glycerin) filled. Common uses for the Ashcroft 1132 series include filtration monitoring, flow measurement, tank level measurement, and leak detection.
