  • Ashcroft 1005, 1005P, 1005S Utility Pressure Gauge

    The Ashcroft® 1005, 1005P, and 1005S series pressure gauges are a reliable, easily customizable, and have an aesthetic design for performance. Each series comes with an extensive variety of case materials, connection locations, and ranges that help make these models an ideal solution for many pressure measurement installations.  A key feature of the 1005, 1005P, and 1005S series is its PowerFlex movement.  This feature provides superior resistance to shock, vibration and pulsation, and extends product life and reduces maintenance costs. The 1005, 1005P, and 1005S series gauges also have True Zero , which reduces reading errors by using a “zero box” instead of conventional dial pins. To ensure its product life span and allow for easy readability, the 1005, 1005P, and 1005S series offers the option of adding a FlutterGuard to reduce movement wear and eliminates pointer flutter.

  • Ashcroft 1032 Sanitary Pressure Gauge

    Ashcroft® type 1032 Sanitary Pressure Gauges are designed specifically to satisfy stringent sanitary requirements. They meet the need for sanitary type pressure gauges in the pharmaceutical, bio-tech, filtration, and food & dairy markets. With a quick connect clamp and diaphragm surface finish that is electropolished to 12-20RA, these instruments are also suitable for use in breweries, wineries, and citrus juice production plants.  The 1032 series is available in 2.5″, 3.5″, and 4.5″ dial sizes with a choice of Tri-Clamp® type connections of 1-1/2″ and 2″. The 1032 Fractional Sanitary Gauge features a FlutterGuard™ option to reduce movement wear and eliminate pointer flutter.  The 1032 Fractional gauge is offered in a 2″ dial with a 3/4″ Tri-Clamp connection.

  • Ashcroft 1127 / 1128 Differential Pressure Gauge

    Ashcroft® 1127 and 1128 series differential pressure gauges display the difference of two separate inputs on one dial indicator. Both series have open front cases made from aluminum and the 1128 is offered with “0” at the 12 o’clock position on the dial with positive pressure on either side of zero. This series also offers a built in back flange for surface or wall mounting.  When the process media is corrosive to the gauge wetted parts, a diaphragm seal with capillary is available.

  • Ashcroft 1130 Differential Pressure Gauge

    Ashcroft® 1130 Series Differential Pressure Gauge uses a piston design where small migration of the process media is permissible. The 1130 series is recommended for high differential and high static pressures up to 6000psi. Body materials are available in Aluminum, Brass, and Stainless Steel, with Buna, Viton, or EPDM seals. The dial size offering for the 1130 series ranges from 2″ to 6″ and is offered dry or liquid (glycerin) filled. The 1130 series is typically used for filtration monitoring, hydraulics, flow rate, pump performance, and/or measuring pressure drop.

    Ashcroft® 1131 Series Differential Pressure Gauges are utilized for applications where migration of the process media is not permissible. They use a rolling diaphragm design to separate the high and low pressure ports to isolate the media and can see up to 3000psi static pressures. Body materials for the 1131 series are available in Aluminum, Brass, and Stainless Steel, with Buna, Viton, or EPDM seals. Dial sizes range from 2.5″ to 6″ and the case can be dry or liquid (glycerin) filled. The 1131 series is most commonly used for filtration monitoring, flow measurement, leak detection, and condition monitoring across heat exchange.

    Ashcroft® 1133 Series Differential Pressure Gauges use a convoluted diaphragm to sense low inches of water differentials while ensuring no migration of the process media. The 1133 series offers maximum static pressure capability of 500 psi and ranges from 1IWD to 25IWD.  Body materials are available in Aluminum or Stainless Steel. The 1132 series comes in 3.5″, 4.0″, 4.5″, and 6.0″ dials and is offered in dry or liquid (glycerin) filled.     Ashcroft® 1188 and 1189 low pressure bellows gauges are used for measuring low pressures from 10″ H2O to 10 psi pressure as well as vacuum and compound ranges. Coupled with their sensitivity, these gauges have a rugged design for process and industrial applications. Ashcroft’s 1188 series is available in 4.5″ dial and features a phenolic, black case. The 1189 series is available in 4.5″ and 6″ dials and features an aluminum case. Both the 1188 and 1189 series have all stainless steel movement, three bellows materials, bellows-actuated mechanism, and an easily adjustable micrometer pointer.
